How to proceed ?

choose the type of tour , indicate the number of persons , select the date , select the transfer , then follow the instruction to complete your order , you will receive e-mail message with requested tour and requested amount.

Payment Policy

Your booking will be confirmed after down payment, 20 % of total amount no later than 1 days of the tour date. Down Payment – Terms of payment You can pay down payment at the hotel after Arrival deadline for down payment: 1 day before the trip date Balance – payment terms Payment of the balance at the beginning of the tour by cash Cairo by Plane / Luxor By Plane / Jerusalem / Petra By Boat / Private tours should be fully paid in advance. Contact number: your correct phone number is required to contact you in case of any change in the tour itinerary. Passport copy : your passport copy is required for some excursions such as excursions by flight / Jerusalem tour / Petra by boat, therefore your passport copy should be sent to us for booking above tours.

Children Policy

0-05 years is almost free of charge (depends on the excursion)

child price 06-12 years is mentioned in each excursion

If your tour package includes flights or Jerusalem tour or Petra by boat, an extra supplement for your child will be apply & cost will be mentioned in each trip for childs.

Important Information

You should bring your passport during the trips as there are some trips which you should travel from city to another city, so you will meet police check point in the high way for security & to make sure that everything is secure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / Refund are subjected to a cancellation fees according to the following conditions:
1- Full Refund will be given to you if you cancel 24 hours before the activity starts, except (excursions by flights/ Jerusalem / Petra By Boat). 2- Full Refund if you cancel excursions ( by Flight / Jerusalem /Petra By Boat ) 72 hours before the trip date . 3- No refund in case of no show 4- If we are going to cancel your trip for any reason, full refund will be given to you 5- Any trip cancelled by the customer due to sickness, will be requested a doctor medical report and the management will decide about the amount of the refund after deduction nonrefundable cost such as ( flight tickets / accommodation / transfer cost for private tours / Petra by boat cost )6- If you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of program during the tour , there will be no refund for these services as they are prepaid based on the number of participating . · 7- Amendments : if you decide to not join reserved tour 24 hours before the excursion date , you are welcome to change it to another tour with no charge , except ( flights trips / Private tours / Petra by Boat / Jerusalem Trip ). · 8- In case we have to change or Cancel your trip: we may have to make changes and we have the right to change your trip to another date or to change pick up time for the trip at any time or if the minimum number of clients required for a particular arrangement is not reached we may have to cancel it. Believe that most of these changes will be out of our hands & can be related to weather conditions or security reasons, flight ticket availability …ETC , we will advise you at the earliest possible date ·

Complaints

we are working with most professional suppliers ( third party ) and tour guides and drivers to get the best services but incase you will face any problems during the tour with any of provided tour services , your complaints should be brought to our representative or informing company hot line directly to solve it on spot.We are doing our best to make you happy and satisfied by our services , therefore contact us on spot during the excursion to solve it on spot & to improve our provided services to avoid it at the future. As later upon return to your country it is almost impossible to correct the situation that could be corrected during the tour.
